basic emotions - definition, concept and what it is

Emotions and feelings are part of human nature. Thought produces an emotion. That is, a positive thought causes a pleasant emotion such as joy. While a negative thought produces fear, insecurity, uncertainty ... The primary emotions, those that are the basis of the others, are four.

Four basic emotions

1. Joy is the main emotion, it is caused by a reason that produces pleasure. As a primary emotion, joy is connected with other secondary emotions that are in the same context but have a different intensity: illusion, joy, ecstasy, hope, personal satisfaction, exhilaration, joviality ... 4. Anger is another primary emotion, anger is a natural feeling that arises when a person considers himself the victim of a situation that he considers unfair. There are secondary emotions that connect with this point, for example, anger, resentment, rage, annoyance, annoyance, indignation, hatred ...

Emotional intelligence

In turn, primary emotions can also be positive, as the case of joy shows. Or negative, as shown by the essence of sadness and its variants. The four basic emotions are the root of all the others, that is, the secondary emotions contain the essence of one of the four main emotions.

Emotional intelligence shows the richness of the inner universe of the human being and his way of feeling. Emotions show the constant interaction of the human being with the environment that surrounds him. However, emotions are full of nuances, therefore, your self-knowledge starts not only from the experience of primary but also secondary emotions.
