When we talk about layout we refer to a term that comes from English, a word that refers to the design or plan of something that you want to design. It is not very common to use this word in normal conversation, however in circles of people who are dedicated to the design and creation of web pages, it may be used frequently. In any case, Spanish has enough words to express this term, it is nevertheless important to know what this word means when we stumble upon it.

The Layout is like a sketch of where each informative element of a web page must go, as an example you can put a blank sheet, in this we paint a rectangle at the top, in this polygon located in the upper part of the sheet we write the name of Title, then on the left we draw a rectangle that goes from the title to the middle of the page, in this rectangle located on the left we write the word inside links. After this, a square the size of a third of the page could be placed under the right of the title rectangle and write the term inside space for advertising.

This is roughly the layout of a web page, specifically what is taught to the person who has commissioned the work of said page.
