Any agreement supposes the agreement of wills between two or more people on any point under discussion or question pending resolution., that is, there is a discrepancy between neighbors due to the property limits of each one, then, in order to resolve the issue, they first discuss it and once they have reached the long-awaited agreement, the scope of the same will be turned precisely into an agreement that can take the following forms: international treaty, collective bargaining agreement or any type of contract that aims to collect the agreement between two parties.
