In general terms, the term rootedness is usually used when you want to account for a strong, firm and lasting fixation that a person maintains regarding some issue. For example, when an individual has a strong and recurring tendency to practice some customs, rites, which are also considered to be typical of the culture from which they come, it will be said that that person has a strong attachment to their customs.

In as much and on the subject of this, the rooting, is an issue that usually jumps and is very present at the moment in which for some reason of force majeure, such as a labor issue, a person must leave his home, his country, their habits and customs to move to another region, totally different and that of course will not take long to highlight the issue of roots, missing everything that they can no longer see or do.

On the other hand, in Mexico, for instance, arraigo, its figure, is a matter that is contemplated and established in the Federal Code of Criminal Procedures, more precisely in article 133 bis.

By this rule, The Mexican Public Ministry, may, at the request of the investigation of a crime, request a judge that a person who is being investigated for a crime, cannot leave the country until and as soon as it is resolved and the person excluded from all kinds of responsibility in it.
