Language is a universal form of expression. There are different languages, however, the influence of one language can be noticed in another as a consequence of the use of foreign words. The term Gallicism refers to those words that have a French origin but are used in Spanish.

There are many concepts that can help us to visualize the existence of Gallicisms that refer to concepts widely used in Spanish. The term boutique is used in a very common way to refer to fashion stores.
