It is easy to appreciate the saturation because in the fluid the dissolution of another substance will no longer be possible since everything that it can chemically accept has been added to it. Even more, if we want to corroborate this phenomenon by our own means and we do not have a laboratory, we can do it with the typical infusions that we drink daily, such is the case of tea or coffee. If we add sugar and sugar to them there will come a certain instance in which the sugar will no longer dissolve.
Then, as long as solute can be added to the solvent, the solution will not be saturated, and it is called unsaturated, while it will become saturated when, despite mixing, the solute no longer mixes and is deposited at the bottom of the container.
In the color: degree of purity
On the other hand, when it comes to color issues, saturation turns out to be the measure of the authenticity that a certain color possesses, that is, its purity. It is represented by the amount of gray in a color with respect to its tone, that is, 0% is equal to gray and 100% will be full saturation.
The resource of saturation is widely used at the behest of design with the mission of achieving a greater visual impact, in a photograph for example. There are editing tools that precisely allow you to play with the saturation that colors have. If an original image lacks intensity, it can be raised through these tools and increased. On the other hand, when saturation is brought to zero values, we will be on the gray scale and offering minimal color information in the image. This saturation is usually used when you want to convey sadness.
Music: distortion in the sound signal
The term saturation also turns out to be very common within the field of music, since in this way and more precisely in the rock scene, the sound in which the distortion of the sound signal becomes clearly audible is called saturation. The aforementioned distortion can range from something quite light to something dense and fuzzy at the same time, causing the tonality to be practically unrecognizable compared to the original signal. Most modern guitar amps have a preamp that is used to generate the aforementioned distortion and at the same time control the volume of the output signal.
Fed up produced by a situation, task, or person
Meanwhile, in ordinary language, when people want to give an account of the fed up or the boredom that a certain situation or person produces in us we usually speak in terms of saturation.
The constant and almost non-stop performance of an activity is sure to cause saturation; Likewise, those people who, due to certain characteristics of their way of being, turn on certain repetitive topics, are also considered a focus of saturation.

An alternative to saturation is to take a break from the activity that has been carried out, either taking a break from work for a few hours to later resume the task fresher and more eager, or failing that, go on vacation to thus achieve greater relaxation and recover from the saturation we feel.
