Process is called the set of systematized actions or activities that are carried out or take place with a purpose. Although it is a term that tends to refer to planned scientific, technical and / or social scenarios or that are part of a certain scheme, it can also be related to situations that take place more or less naturally or spontaneously.
So, when we talk about processes, we may be referring to one of multiple things, such as the evolutionary process of species that has occurred in the history of the universe in a way that is alien to human premeditation, scientific processes such as thermodynamics or a transformation process. substances such as solidification, or even the formation of a meteorological phenomenon such as a tornado or hurricane. Also, at the political level, there is talk of organized processes, as the National Reorganization Process in Argentina was called or processes of conversion of economies.
At the social level, there are also all kinds of processes: when we talk about judicial processes, we understand the different stages that a person accused of certain charges goes through, but we can also count the conventional production processes, such as the manufacture of a car or other objects of consumption, and it is even said that the information is processed when it is analyzed and certain conclusions are obtained from it.
In computing, a process can mean different operational combinations that occur simultaneously to achieve a result or a product, such as the installation of new software, or the completion of an antivirus scan.
At different times in history, as part of various practices and disciplines, and with multiple positive or negative results, there has been talk of processes that have transformed the human being. It can be said that the history of humanity is an ongoing process and that, ultimately, it is the sum of many thousands of premeditated, spontaneous, voluntary, involuntary, scientific and social processes, on a small and large scale.
