definition of shrewd

The term sagacious is used to refer to that individual who stands out for his cunning, foresight and prudenceIn other words, the sagacious person will never be anticipated or surprised by things, the successor, but quite the opposite, because he, before that happens, will know how to take the pertinent provisions. Certain professions, such as that of lawyer, military, investigator and politician usually require yes or yes of this quality if one wants to succeed in those actions that are initiated.

The sagacity, as the aforementioned capacity for foresight, cunning and prudence displayed by the sagacious individual is called, is a attribute of intelligence that it is by no means innate, that is, there are individuals who possess it and cultivate it to exacerbate it, while there are others who do not have the aforementioned capacity for sagacity.

Although on many occasions it is related to sagacity and therefore the sagacious person is linked to dishonest situations, dishonesty has nothing to do with sagacity, that is, sagacity is a totally positive quality that, as we said, implies a special disposition in favor of foresight and prudence when acting; sagacity is not bad or negative per se, but what makes it negative will be its use in favor of bad actions that have nothing to do with good customs. Then, in these cases there is no bad sagacity, but individuals who possess such capacity and use it in the achievement of petty and negative objectives for the common good.
