Food, because it is also freely manipulated by human beings, is that it must be carefully studied before being ingested in order to avoid diseases or conditions that can endanger health and in some extreme cases even the life of a person, if is that they consume some food that lacks the aforementioned quality of innocuousness.
Safety is a basic concept within public health and therefore essential when it comes to the food trade.
A food that has been found to have a deviation in the parameters set as normal must be excluded from stores and reported to the corresponding public health authorities to prevent it from continuing to circulate and reaching the hands of consumers.
