Everything we do requires a posture

Most of the activities we do on a daily basis require one or another posture. For example, to take a plate from the kitchen cabinets, if they are above our height, we must stretch to get them, while, if on the contrary, they are below, we must bend down. Likewise, when we are participating in, for example, an event that requires behavior from us, a formal attitude is that then we must keep our body upright and thus dozens of different postures, according to the circumstances.

The ideal posture

The ideal body posture for someone is one that is not exaggerated or in a pose, increasing the curvatures but rather the one that maintains the physical curves of the spine ... Head upright, do not twist the trunk, neutral pelvis and the lower extremities aligned in such a way that the body weight is properly distributed.
