The word that occupies us normally is used in our language to give an account of that meeting of people who decide to associate because they share a goal or a mission that they want to achieve, develop in common.
Now, we also use the term when we want to express the meeting that takes place of some elements, objects, things, that have common characteristics.
Regarding the group Of individuals, it is usual that when they decide to meet together, they do so because they agree on objectives, values, regulations, which are necessary so that the proposed end can be achieved without problems. In other words, all the members of the group subscribe to the same ideals and purposes and act in order.
The grouping of people is something extremely common in our society, community and occurs in different contexts and with different objectives. Thus, for example, in an educational institution, a group made up of students will emerge to discuss the change that they want to make in the study programs and expose the position of the students.
In a building a group of owners and tenants will emerge that will take care of everything concerning the activity and problems that arise in the community they inhabit.
And so we could list endless groups that come together motivated by a shared goal.
It is worth noting that a group normally arises from the same needs or deficiencies experienced by different individuals, who at a certain moment meet, comment on them and realize that they share them, then, there arises the need to join forces to, for example, fight for the same objective or for what they want to improve or directly change.
And it is also common for them to have some transformative or altruistic purpose.
Several political leaders who oppose the current power, decide to meet and form a political group that counteracts or provides a political alternative for change in the face of the current order.
A group of mothers who have suffered the deaths of their loved ones in traffic accidents decide to get together and create a group to promote new legislation on the matter and greater traffic controls.
