The word look after It is a term that we usually use in our conversations to express various situations.

The most widespread use that we give the term without a doubt is that which allows us to express the action of assisting someone who, due to his young or advanced age or because of a poor state of health, needs special attention and vigilance.

Normally, this assistance activity is carried out by specialized professionals with experience in the field.

For example, in the case of childcare, the aforementioned role is exercised by a baby sister, also known as babysitter and nana. The nanny may be hired to take care of a child or more than one child full-time or part-time, depending on the number of children that the family that hires her has, while the work is carried out in the hiring house.

Meanwhile, when it comes to older adults with health or mobility problems, the work is usually carried out by professionals with knowledge or studies in nursing, which is the most advisable and recommended since they must deal with conditions and carry out health checks on the person.

On the other hand, we also use the word at hand to express the attention and delicacy that is imposed on the realization of something. We try to take care of everything inherent to the privacy of the couple so that they can face this difficult moment without interference from the press.

Likewise, the word caring can be used as synonymous with terms like protect and conserve. Mom and Dad will take care of our house when we go on vacation.

Yet the attention given to the health or well-being of oneself or those around us we usually express it in terms of caring. I'm going to have to take care of myself more at meals since my cholesterol gave me very high.

The concept that is opposed to caring is that of disregard, which just refers to taking away or not paying direct attention to something that is done or to someone.
