This conquest that women have achieved in this aspect is quite novel, if we go back several decades and not to mention centuries, things were certainly different for women who were not even granted the possibility of voting in the political elections of his country.

Always, the absence of equity will be a breeding ground for creating social unrest, disorder and injustice. The ideal and what we must aspire to is to treat everyone in the same way, without any type of discrimination based on gender, age, origin, among others. As it is not always easy to achieve this state of affairs, it is important that the state and its agencies ensure this and guarantee equality and equity.
