Due to the many word processors on the market, it will be difficult for our text to be compatible with another word processor. Even the different versions of Word are not compatible with each other, this is because the most modern versions of Word bring functions that the old ones do not recognize.
It is convenient to install an add-on in our processor that allows us to save our work in pdf (portable document format), in this way our document not only cannot be modified by the person who receives it, but also can read it without any problem. A word processor allows, in addition to editing letters, adjusting the document we are working on, such as making it larger or smaller, as it suits us. Modern word processors even allow texts to be translated into another language, as long as the language to which to translate is installed.
One of the most useful functions nowadays is the possibility of recovering text files that for some reason have been deleted from our hard drive. Since Windows 7 there is a function called shadow copy that allows one to recover the previous version of any document lost or deleted by mistake.
