The word 'systematization' comes from the idea of a system, of order or classification of different elements under a similar rule or parameter. Systematization is, then, the establishment of a system or order that aims to allow the best possible results to be obtained according to the end to be achieved. Systematization can be applied in scientific and academic fields, but there are also many situations in everyday life that involve a certain systematization in order to achieve a specific objective.
The systematization is nothing other than the co-formation of a system, of a specific organization of certain elements or parts of something. Since a system is a set of rules, methods or data on a matter that have been ordered and classified, carrying out a systematization process will be just that: establishing an order or classification.
The idea of systematization is very clearly related to scientific or academic research spaces. This is so because every investigative process must have a structure or system of steps to respect and follow in order to obtain particular results. The systematization of the research process implies in the future the facilitation of the expected results since the acting researcher will know more or less how to act in each specific situation.
However, the notion of systematization is also present in many aspects and moments of daily life even if one does not realize it. In this sense, an act as simple as, for example, using an agenda is undoubtedly a way of systematizing our use of time according to our needs and preferences. When several people live together in the same house, the systematization can be made present through the organization of the tasks of the house and which one will correspond to whom. This can also occur in the workplace, school and even in formal settings such as meetings with friends or family.
