Human rights are considered the ethical and moral basis when it comes to safeguarding the dignity of people.
Non-renounceable, irrevocable and non-transferable
Another unavoidable characteristic regarding this type of rights is that they are inalienable, that is, no person, under any aspect, may discard such rights, not even manifesting it, they are rights acquired by the individual from birth and until death. For example, I cannot choose to enslave myself and give up my freedom, that is absolutely impossible from a legal point of view.
There is no legal order, not even a punishment, that can deprive man of these rights, since they are independent of any particular imponderable.
On the other hand, inalienable rights are typical of the human condition, that is, that only the human being, as such, is capable of enjoying them.
Likewise, they turn out to be inalienable irrevocable and non-transferable between one and the other.
Meanwhile, moral rights are considered inalienable because they are linked to their author for the rest of his life, that is, these rights go hand in hand and always together with the person responsible. By case it is that they are called permanent in nature.
The fact of attributing them the status of inalienable generates a protection for them and for their owner against any type of abuse or demand that may exist on the part of a third party, for example in the case that the person is attacked, discriminated against, or permanently harassed because of her racial origin, her political ideology, her religious beliefs, among other issues.

On the other hand, there are assets that have the status of inalienable and will be those that are outside the patrimonies of any individual, such is the case of the air, the sea, the sun, among others, and all those issues that form part of the public domain such as parks, squares, the roads that we all travel, among others.
