When I mentioned the shelter, it was because the house, in addition to offering a space to rest and protect our most immediate belongings, also serves to protect us from inclement weather and some other type of natural threat that can affect our quiet existence in case of having to live in the open and by luck.
Since man has been a man, he has had this need to find a refuge for what we said, keep his belongings, have a good quality of life that is not affected by physical health disorders that can come from having to live on the street. and also, in those super primitive moments, to protect his family from the wild beasts that were on the loose. Generally, caves were the most used and common refuges for men in ancient times. The definitive settlement of the primitive nomadic peoples originated in the discovery of agriculture, first, and livestock, later. The need to reside in a fixed place gave immediate way to the development of the first permanent homes, different from the temporary shelter or the tent. The logical importance of water in people's lives precipitated the first permanent houses to be built in the proximity of rivers and lakes.
On the other hand, although sometimes we pay more attention to other more trivial questions, without a doubt, The comfort, tranquility and protection provided by knowing that we have a home at our disposal will be vital when it comes to our future personal and professional development, since it is highly proven that, only in harmony, the human being achieves excellent results.
One of the great issues to take into account when building a home will be the climate that characterizes and is observed in the area or region that we inhabit. For example, if we live in a place prone to high winds or hurricanes, the homes must be built from and following a series of essential safety requirements and obviously with materials that are highly resistant to this type of context.
The same occurs with regions subject to inclement earthquakes, such as earthquakes or volcanic eruptions. It is not fortuitous to note that most of the first definitive settlements in history occurred in great valleys crossed by rivers, in which the indispensable resources (water, food, security) were easier to obtain.

This phenomenon has precipitated a growth in precarious housing throughout Latin America, with special emphasis on Argentina and Brazil.
